The Summit is taking place on 6 – 8 October. The main programme of the Summit will begin on Friday, 6 Oct at 12:20 (networking lunch and official welcoming), and end on Sun, 8 Oct at 11:00 (closing).

ACCOMMODATION
We are pleased to inform you that accommodation will be available for the nights of the Summit (6th and 7th October). Participants will have the option to book a room either at the Grand Hotel Kempinski or at a nearby partner hotel offering special partner prices (the option to book one of our partner hotels must be indicated during your online registration). Details on how to book accommodation will be provided by the organizers at a later date.
LOGISTICS & TRANSFERS
We are pleased to offer complimentary car transfers to and from the Summit. We can arrange transfers from major airports such as Bratislava Airport, Košice Airport, Vienna International, John Paul II International Airport Krakow, and Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport.
Should you arrive in your own car, please be assured that parking will be available.
PROGRAMME
We are happy to inform you that the Summit will include interactive plenary sessions, boardroom-style discussions (break-out debates), alongside casual fireside conversations, mountain hikes, cocktails, and dinner. Both the sessions as well as the break-out debates are of equal importance and allow for open and frank discussions.

DRESS CODE & USEFUL TIPS
Summit’s dress code is smart casual, in line with the informal set-up of the whole event. We also encourage guests to pack hiking boots and sports attire for the informal activities of the programme. Also, the Hotel offers spa & massages.
